We guarantee your satisfaction! If you're not satisfied, you may exchange or return merchandise purchased on for a full refund, less the original shipping charges and 15% restocking fees, within 30 days of the purchase date.  You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.

If you purchased your Gorilla Whips product through a certified retailer, please follow their return policy for refunds.  If you do not have any luck there, let us help you out!  For up to 30 days, and with proof of purchase, gift receipt or a packing slip from a Gorilla Whips certified retailer, you may exchange an unopened Gorilla Whips product for store credit (only valid on  You will just have to cover shipping it back to us.  If your item has been opened or used, you are not eligible for an exchange. 
If it's a manufacturing defect:
It's very unlikely, but if your Gorilla Whips product broke for no apparent reason, then it may be a manufacturer defect.  Simply submit a claim, send the product back for a warranty inspection and tell us what happened.  If approved, we will set you up with 100% product replacement. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 1 YEAR from the date of purchase. Note: Altering the item voids the warranty. (Altering includes, but is not limited to, cutting wires on the controller, cutting the whips to be shorter, rewiring original wiring setup, mounting on a different holder, changing the pin configuration, or running an oversized flag etc.)
Any signs of gouges, stress marks or impact scratches on the led tubes will void its' warranty. 
Submerging you whip voids its' warranty.  Our whips are water resistant and do great in a rugged environment, but for those that get really crazy, full submersion in lakes, ponds, rivers, swamps, or anything else voids the warranty. 
Improper installation or running an over sized flag will also void its' warranty
Customizing and/or reprogramming your silverback remote also voids the silverback remote warranty. f you begin programming the remote to do certain effects and you break it, you will need to buy a silverback replacement remote.

To submit an RMA please log into your account and click on 'Returns' in the upper right corner and continue using the return submission forms.   
If you cannot log into your account or need to submit a claim after contacting your certified retailer with no luck you can click here. Fill out the forms, please make sure to include where you purchaced your product and the cost.
Please allow 5 business days for us to process your claim.   Once approved you will be able to print out an RMA form to include when you send your product back to us.
