Fully Adjustable TKO UTV Roll Bar Mounting System
Every UTV cage and LED whip installation is different, which is why TKO Clamping Systems designed extensive adjustability into the mounting system.
Round roll-bar mounting options are available for bars ranging from 3/4" to 3.25" in diameter, along with a flat-surface mounting option.
Fasteners can be installed 360 degrees around the roll bar, while the mounting hardware can also rotate 360 degrees. This provides substantial flexibility when positioning the powered whip mount on different UTV cages.
The mounting puck on the rear of the housing can also be installed toward the top, middle, or bottom of the unit, providing even more installation flexibility.
360-Degree LED Whip Position Adjustment
The LED whip attachment point on the TKO mount features four set screws that allow the mounting position to be adjusted through 360 degrees.
Simply loosen the set screws, position your LED whip at the desired angle or tilt, and tighten them again to secure the whip.
